Create a PDF form

Place fillable text fields and checkboxes on a PDF, then download a real fillable form template.

Frequently asked questions

Is the output a real fillable form?

Yes — text fields and checkboxes are added as genuine PDF form fields, fillable in Adobe Reader or any PDF viewer that supports forms.

Can I add a signature field?

Not as a true signature field — PDF form-authoring doesn’t support creating cryptographic signature fields this way. Add a text field labeled "Signature" as a sign-here line instead, or use the Sign tool to sign a completed copy directly.

Can I control the font and size of a field?

Yes — a properties bar shows font, size, name, and label controls whenever a text field is selected. Fonts are the standard PDF set (Helvetica, Times New Roman, Courier, and their bold variants), and resizing a field auto-scales its font size.

Can I line up several fields at once?

Yes — shift-click to select multiple fields, then Align, Match size, or Distribute them evenly from the toolbar that appears. Match and Distribute follow the "master" field — the first one you selected, marked with handles.

Are my documents stored anywhere?

Never. Files are processed entirely in server memory and permanently discarded the moment your download completes.
